What a horrible experience I have had today from a patronising staff member over the phone who has not even been my consultant! I will continue to change job providers until I find one that are consistent to their word, and caring of their clients. IT DOES NOT BOTHER ME!! Flag me, use the word misconduct, do whatever helps you sleep well at night.

The staff at the Fremantle location are friendly and helpful. Ngarie is especially helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and has been a great help.

Terrible toxic staff abusive to jobseekers.All three work together covering up for eachothers behaviour.One large staff member threatened physical violence against a job seeker at my last appointment.(he asked politely for her to lodge his form in front of him, so he knows its done this time).she refused.Passive aggressive attitude and patronising tone.Don't explain anything comprehensively, flat out refused to help me with my pension paperwork.Make you jump through hoops just to get your payment reconnected.Spiteful and vindictive.Made an appointment to get assistance was told staff member did not come in today"no phone call no reschedule no apology.Every apointment i walk in happy and leave mad shaking and last week even crying.Do not expect any help or support here... Actually expect the oposite.Worst employment agency ever."
